General Fertilization Guide For Lawns

Fertilize with a balanced starter
fertilizer 2-4 weeks before planting. Fertilizing at the
same time that you plant could burn the tender seedlings.
Most lawns require several feedings
per year:
- Early and late spring
- Late summer
- Early and late fall
A controlled-release fertilizer will
gradually continue feeding your lawn for up to 4 months.
